Angelica Chan was born in 2001 in San Leandro, California. In 2023, she will be receiving a degree in Business Administration and Art Practice from the University of California, Berkeley. Angelica has most recently participated in the exhibition, Indeterminate Form at Sutardja Dai Hall in Berkeley, California, which spotlighted Asian American artists. She is currently in the process of creating an installation for her Senior Thesis exhibition for the Worth Ryder Art Gallery at UC Berkeley.

"I'm a visual storyteller that uses vibrant color to communicate personal struggles and experiences. I mainly work in paint, but I also work in digital media and sculpture. A current project I am working on is an acrylic self portrait that encapsulates the overwhelm I experienced as a college student trying to balance financial burden as well as my career aspirations."
