SparkFM is a new East Coast radio that plays Urban and Carribean music with the intention to empower the Black community. Leveraging Visa's partner network, we were tasked to implement strategies that help SparkFM build community, gain brand awareness, and increase revenues. We designed improvements to their app in order to support our researched strategies.
Rocketblocks
Case Competition (1st Place)
Rocketblocks is built on 3 key pillars: concept reviews for key topics, drills and questions to test knowledge, and expert coaching from industry professionals. Our challenge was to design a social feature that will augment the value customers get from drills, but leveraging a social functionality.

I worked with a team of two to provide and present solutions to the project prompt:
Uber's core business stems from ridesharing. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and stay-in restrictions, Uber has seen a tremendous decline in usage. Although Uber has committed to expanding their Uber Eats network, is it enough to sustain the the lost revenue stream? How can Uber adapt their business model to COVID-19?

Client Preliminary Research
For my consulting organization, NextGen Consulting, we performed preliminary research on our client, Credit Karma. Our project scope revolving around how Credit Karma could increase its presence within the online car purchase space, we were prompted to analyze the car purchase and personal finance industry.

Brand Analysis
For my consulting organization, Undergraduate Marketing Association, we were assigned to perform a brand analysis on companies within our client's industry to gain a better understanding of the general aesthetic of niche food brands.

Brand Ambassador Program Research
In order to familiarize ourselves with college brand ambassador programs and their impact on spreading brand awareness, my design team and I were tasked to research already established programs. After understanding the benefits of their program as well as their various positions, my findings are presented within this deck.
BLC Home Health
Website Design
I also designed the website for Best Living Care's sister company, BLC Home Health. Though I maintained the same aesthetic as the previous, I incorporated a different variety of design elements to differentiate the sites. This site was also to include a job postings page with an application form.
